Art Gallery Information and Forms

Who: Any SWAT registered attendee, vendor or demonstrator.

Where:  Check items into Art Gallery Waco Convention Center, Brazos Ballroom North, submit only through Art Gallery representatives.

When: The first day of the symposium from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m., or during the Symposium from 7:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 7:30 a.m. to closing Sunday the last day of the symposium.  Please note that the Gallery will be closed during lunch and the raffle on Sunday.

Entry Fee:  None

Limit of items submitted:  No more than 10 per artist.  Inventory form required.

Personal Business Cards:  Business cards may be displayed with your items, they MUST be in a card holder.  If you do not have a card holder, we will supply one.

Selling of items on display:  All sales will be handled by the artist and the interested party.  Art Gallery representatives take no responsibility in these transactions.
