How to Register Online for Symposium 2008
Use this page to register for the symposium online. Our credit card processing is performed by PayPal. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, E-Check, or PayPal Account Payments.
Your Registration includes access to all demonstrations and the vendor area, lunch for all three days and a demonstration handout booklet. It does not include a banquet ticket.
If you prefer, you can register by mail instead.
Online or mail registration is available until September 15. After that date, you must register at the door. Refunds will be granted until September 30. A $25 fee will be assessed for all cancellations.
