Who: Any SWAT registered attendee, vendor or demonstrator.
Where: Check items into Art Gallery Waco Convention Center, Brazos Ballroom North, submit only through Art Gallery representatives.
When: The first day of the symposium from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., or during the Symposium from 7:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 7:30 a.m. to closing Sunday the last day of the symposium. Please note that the Gallery will be closed during lunch and the raffle on Sunday.
Entry Fee: None
Limit of items submitted: No more than 10 per artist. Inventory form required.
Personal Business Cards: Business cards may be displayed with your items, they MUST be in a card holder. If you do not have a card holder, we will supply one.
Selling of items on display: All sales will be handled by the artist and the interested party. Art Gallery representatives take no responsibility in these transactions.
We encourage everyone to register their art items online. We will have printed cards and an inventory list for those who register their items. Registering is NOT required, you will be asked to fill out the cards and inventory form for items that are not registered online.
